Our big family vacation is held on one of the Finger Lakes in NY every year. People come from all across the country and spend a week together on the lake. It's an awesome time to catch up and really helps keep the family close. Here are a few images from the week.

A moment out for grammar:
Say each of the following words naturally and see if you are guilty of mispronouncing them. I know I always used to say these wrong. Now, I notice everytime I hear someone else say them.
1. Especially should not be pronounced "expecially".
2. Espresso should not be pronounced "expresso".
3. Photographer should not be pronounced "phortographer".
Say them correctly and I promise you will sound smarter! And...back off the soap box...
We did some family photos in Canada this summer. The landscape was gorgeous and we had a lot of fun hiking to the shoot location. As soon as we arrived we woke up the mosquitoes and probably got about 10,000 bites. Canadian mosquitoes drink Deet for dinner!
