Amber and the Beach

Amber is one of our best friends in Naples.  In fact, she is one of the people who helped pave the way for us to come here in the first place.  Last night, she let us take her to the beach for a fun little portrait session and we had an awesome time!  Vanderbilt Beach is a really neat place and we took in a great sunset while we were there.  The only drawback is the stinkin' mosquitoes and we brought home a few battle scars!

Amy's Senior Session

We met Amy a couple of years ago when we moved to Florida.  Her dad is the lead pastor at Fairway Church.  We worked closely with Fairway before we started Viewpoint Church and had a great time getting to know the family.  We've had the opportunity to do couple of sessions with Amy before, and we always have a blast.  This time, Amy's sister, Brittney came along and made an excellent lighting assistant. Even though the weather was against us we were able to find ways to work through the rain drops and still came out with some excellent shots.  We wish Amy the best as she enters her final year of high school!

And here she is...

Skipper Wedding

Gary and Margaret came to the Paradise Coast for a beautiful sunset wedding on Marco Island's South Beach.  We were able to take a lot of great photos in and around Cape Marco and we were blown away by the intricate details in the facility.  The bride and groom were very relaxed and comfortable, so the images were easy to make and fun to arrange.  The ceremony was very special and as Pastor Neptune wrapped things up, the dolphins started jumping about 5 feet away from us in the surf!  We stayed until dark and tried to see the green flash as the sun dipped below the horizon, but no luck!  Can't wait to hang with these guys again next time they come back to Marco!

KISS Wedding Books

We have been using KISS for our wedding albums for the past year and I can honestly say that this is one of the best companies we have used for anything!  The album pages are nice and thick and have almost no crease in the middle.  I've always been a fan of keeping it simple and these guys got it right. Here are some samples...the first few show the leather books and the last couple are linen.

Well, off to get a coke...or is it a soda...or pop?  Either way, bring on the caffeine!
